If you think there is nothing to look forward to this coming November, then get yourself ready. Sneaker News has officially revealed that Nike Sportswear will be releasing the second pair for their “Wheat Pack” – the “Wheat” Nike Air Max 95.
Nike Air Max 95 Sneakerboot
Style Code: 806809-002
Release Date:November 12, 2015
The Wheat Nike Air Max 95 will be one of the quartet rounds of Wheat Nike classics. The three remaining pairs to complete the “Wheat Pack” are the Nike Air Max 90, Nike Air Max 1, and the Nike Air Force 1. All Wheat Nike Airs will be sporting nubuck uppers in wheat color, of course. Admit it or not, the Wheat Nike Airs are by far one of the most coveted pair of kicks that sneakerheads are watching out for and fans do not have to wait very long with the Nike release date slated on November.
If you are one of those people who are into impressive sensibility and a workboot styled for an all-weather use, then you would find the rugged beauty of the Wheat Nike Air Max 95 perfect for you.
Up close, the shoes sports a tan nubuck complemented by accents done in brown color. The shoes also come with a subtle and stylish taupe midsole and a perfect palette that is very ideal for doing stunts even on inclement weather. What is new with the Wheat Pack from Nike right now is that gone are the typical side panels with its wavy gradient. Instead the shoes are finished with a monochromatic tone in inspiration of the classic workboot aesthetic by Timberland.
So far, the Nike Air Max 95 dressed in Bronze, Baroque Brown, and Bamboo looks very rugged yet chic and stylish all at the same time. That is, the Air Max 95 Wheat would be your shoes of choice if you are to do some hiking not so far into the future. On a closer inspection, the tongue sports the word “airmax” while the Nike Swoosh logo is found on the side of the shoes. The Nike Air logo is also tastefully done on the heel with textures all around the shoe giving it quite a character.
As of now, the Wheat Pack is panned to make its drop at some elite retailers. With that, sneakerheads and fans can expect a rather “elite” pricing that may range from $130 to $200. But of course, given the style and statement that the Wheat Nike Air Max 95 packs in, every penny would be definitely worth it.
